Monthly and annual plans qualify, including their first invoice, while the subscription remains continuously eligible.
Monthly and annual qualifying subscriptions receive 25% off the eligible base price at Checkout before payment. No company-count limit applies.
After the 45-day offer ends, new subscriptions use standard pricing. There is no subsequent first-month-only offer.
A 14-day no-card trial does not reserve this offer. A qualifying paid subscription must successfully begin before the precise UTC campaign deadline. Opening or abandoning Checkout does not reserve eligibility.
During the active founding offer, eligible monthly and annual base subscriptions are 25% off from the first invoice. Review the discounted Checkout total before paying; no later promotional refund or credit is required.

The lifetime base discount follows the existing continuous-subscription rules. Cancellation at period end retains it through the paid period. Ending or replacing the qualifying subscription does not revive the offer on resubscription. Historical awards retain their original terms.
Founding offer questions
When do the 45 days begin?
Only when public paid contractor subscriptions are explicitly activated. Publishing this website or using the Homeowner Designer does not start the clock. Contractor subscriptions are Coming Soon; no promotional countdown is running here.
Does starting a trial reserve the discount?
No. A qualifying paid subscription must successfully begin before the campaign deadline. Trial signup and an unpaid Checkout do not reserve the offer.
Do annual plans get the first invoice discounted?
Yes. During the active offer, eligible monthly and annual base plans receive 25% off in Checkout before payment. No later refund or promotional credit is needed.
Is there a limit on the number of founding companies?
No company-count limit applies. The offer is limited by the 45-day paid-launch window, eligibility and continuous-subscription terms.
Can I open Checkout right before the deadline?
New founding-offer Checkout sessions stop opening 31 minutes before the deadline. Existing sessions expire no later than the deadline, and successful payment must occur before it.
What happens after the offer ends?
New subscribers pay standard prices. There is no later first-month-only promotion. Existing qualified subscribers keep their eligible lifetime base discount under the continuity rules.
