Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription prices

Public subscription purchases and public trial enrollment are not open yet. The subscription terms below apply when paid enrollment is available and separately authorized. An invitation, trial, or visit to this website does not authorize a charge.

Planner is monthly only. Review the selected plan’s features, AI allowances, billing interval, applicable taxes, and total charge before authorizing payment. Add-ons and credit packs are separate unless expressly included.

2. Free trial

The standard trial lasts 14 days and includes 3 standard AI renders total. No credit card is required to start. Verification and eligibility rules apply. Trial expiration does not automatically create a paid subscription without separate customer authorization.

When a trial expires, paid functionality is restricted under the existing access policy. A trial, tester allowance, and purchased Blueprint credit balance are separate entitlements.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual billing interval unless canceled before renewal. Recurring charges must be disclosed and separately authorized before paid enrollment. Subscriptions are billed in advance. The selected interval determines the paid period: one month or one year.

Do not treat a trial, invitation, or saved payment reference as authorization for a new paid subscription. Future changes to recurring prices or terms must be disclosed before taking effect.

4. How cancellation works

All subscription purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but the subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused subscription time.

For an authorized company Owner/Admin, use Manage billing when the billing controls are enabled and available, then follow the provider’s cancellation confirmation. Self-service billing is not currently open for public enrollment. If the controls are unavailable, a scheduled plan change prevents cancellation there, or you need help, email hello@kentori.net. Do not send card details or credentials.

1. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; it does not immediately end the current paid period.
2. Authorized paid features remain available through the provider-verified paid-through date.
3. No partial refund or unused-time credit is generated by cancellation.
4. Saved projects are not deleted merely because the subscription was canceled.

Keep the confirmation and paid-through date. Signing out, deleting a browser bookmark, or simply not using the service is not cancellation. Report a missing or incorrect confirmation to support.

After the paid period expires, paid functionality and access to saved work are restricted according to the applicable entitlement policy. Records remain subject to the retention and account policies; this is not a promise of indefinite storage or unrestricted free access.

5. Subscription refunds and billing errors

All subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time, early cancellation, infrequent use, or switching to a less expensive plan during an existing billing period, except where required by law. A qualifying future plan change does not itself refund the current period. Any additional charge for an authorized upgrade is disclosed separately.

Contact hello@kentori.net about billing errors or legally required refund requests. The policy does not remove mandatory consumer protections or payment-network dispute rights, and it does not set the refund terms for your contractor’s installation services.

6. Separately purchased Blueprint credits

Purchased Blueprint credits do not expire. They belong to the purchasing company and are separate from subscription AI allowances. Using a credit still requires authorized account and workspace access. Canceling a subscription does not silently turn those credits into a subscription refund or an unused-time credit.

A credit is consumed when a valid generated Blueprint candidate is saved, before optional acceptance. Rejecting or disliking a saved result does not automatically restore the credit. A failed generation may release its reservation after reconciliation; an uncertain provider result may remain pending until checked. Reopening or realigning an existing Blueprint does not consume another generation credit.

A nonexpiring balance does not guarantee continued account access, an active subscription, or unlimited generation. Credit-pack refund and other purchase terms have not yet been approved for public sale. We will disclose those separately before offering packs to the public; the subscription nonrefund policy alone does not establish credit-pack refund terms.

7. Promotions

The planned founding promotion is not active while billing enrollment is disabled. The approved policy is 25% off the qualifying Starter, Pro, or Business base subscription for life for the first 100 eligible paying contractors; subsequent eligible monthly subscribers receive 25% off their first paid month. Planner, add-ons, and credit packs are excluded, and subscription discounts do not stack.

Annual promotional eligibility and first-invoice handling still require a separate approved disclosure before promoted annual enrollment opens. The monthly first-paid-month offer must not be applied as an unintended first-year annual discount. No founding place or promotional subscription is created by reading this page.
